Get an idea of the role

If you join us at Resurs, you will join a Nordic organization characterized by fast pace, change and brave decisions.

An important part of the role is to develop, implement, and continuously improve the Nordic process of regulatory outlook by preventively monitoring relevant new regulations for the Bank.

In the role you will also analyze and write memos on relevant sanctions, provide advisory service, represent the Bank in branch specific organizations and support implementation of new regulations.

The role reports to CGO (Chief Governance Officer) who is part of Group Management.

Under the leadership of the CGO, the role is part of the Governance function, operationally strive for a well-functioning:

• Overall structure and methodology for the Bank’s governance work
• Risk Management - first line
• Compliance Management - first line

Which includes internal controls, process management, steering documents as well as monitoring and ensuring that the Bank is compliant towards external and internal regulations.

Furthermore, be cohesive and supportive toward the rest of the business, strive for synergies between the departments and develop effective working methods based on best practice.

We are looking for you who have:

• Degree as Jur Kand (Master of Law) or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in similar work within financial operations
• You can write and speak fluently Swedish and English.

We believe that you are working or have worked at a payment institution, in a bank, at an agency, law firm or similar.

For us, you are particularly interesting if you have experience from project lead within law implementation or have experience from work with ServiceNow.
