About the position

Get ready to dive into the world of machine learning and AI! We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and works AI-first in their day-to-day development process — a developer who has fundamentally changed the way they work over the past 1–2 years, and who is now noticeably faster, sharper, and more effective because of modern AI tools.The focus is on high productivity, strong engineering quality, and the ability to ship fast, with AI deeply integrated into the workflow as a natural part of how you build software.

Our client develops AI-powered predictive maintenance solutions for industrial companies. Their platform helps manufacturers and service teams detect machine issues early, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational efficiency through sensor-driven analytics and explainable AI.

We are looking for

• Senior Full-Stack Developer with Svelte + Supabase (or equivalent modern stack)
• Genuine AI-first mindset — not “AI-curious,” but already deeply integrated into daily workflows
• Strong opinions on tooling, prompting strategies, and developer workflows
• Ships production-ready code at high velocity without compromising quality
