What you will do

At Volvo Buses you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

In the role as Quality Solution Leader (QSL) you will have a strategic and important role representing the Volvo Bus customer into Electromobility Product Development organization.

Your future team

You will be working in the Quality organization within Customer Quality Experience department (CQE). We have several agile teams working with issues related to Volvo Bus and QSLs driving issues towards the other entities within Volvo GTT.

Our responsibility area spans from Australia to Latin America and all in between. Most of our skilled colleges have been with us for a long time so we have a lot of knowledge in between us.

It is a great environment to be in for an engineer and you have a lot of possibilities to shape the role. 

This is a role where you will use all your technical-, networking- and communication skills to identify the next best step to help our customers. You will continuously learn new things about our products, services, business and meet new colleges from all around the globe.

To be successful we think you also have a:

• Technical background – preferably experience of Electromobility
• Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
• University Degree in Engineering or recognized equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Volvo systems, for example KOLA
• Technical and data analysis interest
• Structured way of working and follow processes, but always challenge them if they are not efficient
• High integrity, instill trust, build effective teams, and have the ability to follow through
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Aftermarket experience is a plus
