About the Role

As a Senior Engineer at Link, you are expected to be a tech generalist with a startup mindset. You will be working in a diverse team of people with different backgrounds, ranging from our own Robotics and Machine Learning experts to engineers from partner companies.

You will provide technical expertise and vision as well as practical implementation of solutions for a broad range of projects including areas such as defence, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.

You will be an essential part of Link, actively contributing to our projects from understanding technical feasibility and the necessary methodology, to driving the implementation and ensuring a smooth handover to production.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

• Experience with one or more cloud platforms and building infrastructure on the cloud, e.g. you know how to deploy your work to k8s, run batch jobs, set up infrastructure for ML models

• Experience in frontend development

• Passion to actively explore and learn about new tools, and a pragmatic approach and flexibility in terms of tool choice in a collaborative environment

• A passion for working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

• An interest in working together with people with different backgrounds

• An open mind to innovative solutions and a habit of thinking outside the box

• An ability to grow and leverage a personal network for collaboration and knowledge-sharing with the tech community

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership

• Good communication skills and fluency in English
