About the RoleAs an RF Engineer, you will play a central role in the development of advanced radio hardware. You will work in a highly skilled team that designs and verifies transmit-receive (TRX) circuits, converting radio signals between analog and digital. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of wireless communication systems used worldwide. You will engage in the full development cycle—from feasibility studies and systemization to simulation, verification, and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on lab work. We Are Looking for Someone With•A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering •Experience as an RF Designer or newly graduated with demonstrated initiative and strong interest in RF technology •Knowledge of RF measurement technologies •Experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, and/or HFSS •Programming skills in C# and/or Python (meritorious) •Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written You Will Work With•Feasibility studies and early-stage radio design •Systemization and link budget analysis •Electrical schematics and PCB layout planning (key component placement) •RF simulations and component evaluation •Verification of integrated circuits using custom test scripts •Configuration and optimization of radio products •Real-world testing and analysis of radio board behavior •Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and stakeholders •Active participation in lab activities throughout the development process You Are OfferedA dynamic and forward-thinking work environment The opportunity to work with cutting-edge radio and wireless technologies A clear path for professional growth and development A collaborative team culture where your ideas matter The chance to influence the future of 5G and beyond About Our ClientOur client is a global leader in telecommunications technology, known for its innovation in 5G, IoT, and digital infrastructure. The company invests heavily in research and development and plays a key role in shaping the future of wireless communication. The team you will join consists of approximately 40 engineers, divided into two highly collaborative groups working on different aspects of radio system design.
