About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Application Expert to play a key role in the continued development and adoption of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). In this full-time position, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams to ensure a scalable, high-quality setup that supports data-driven marketing efforts on a global scale.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position where you’ll be expected to move seamlessly between technical troubleshooting, platform optimization, and data model improvements depending on evolving priorities.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys working across different teams. You value clear communication, understand the power of collaboration, and pay attention to the small details that contribute to the bigger picture. You're curious, flexible, and eager to learn more about both the technical and business aspects of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for platform-related issues. Investigate and resolve problems that affect data pipelines, audience delivery, or platform behavior.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor performance metrics and platform usage. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better performance and reliability.
• Configuration & Governance: Manage platform settings, access control (RBAC), and approval workflows. Ensure alignment with internal governance policies and security standards.
• Collaboration with Data Teams: Work closely with data engineers and analysts on data integrations, pipelines, and modeling—using tools like dbt, Terraform, and BigQuery.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation and support guides to ensure knowledge is accessible across teams.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular testing and validation of key audience use cases to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer data use cases in marketing, customer service, and personalization.
• Practical knowledge of CDP features such as audience segmentation, identity resolution, and campaign activation.
• Hands-on experience working with CDPs like Hightouch, ActionIQ, Segment, or MParticle.
• Familiar with GDPR and best practices in data governance and compliance.
• Technical familiarity with data tools and environments, especially GCP (BigQuery), dbt, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset—able to trace data issues across multiple systems.
• Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.

Remote Work: This position allows for up to 75% remote work.
