Role Summary

Are you a problem solver who likes to drive your own projects and work in a team where you get a lot of personal responsibility? We are currently seeking a test engineer for the group, someone with an interest in vehicles, durability, and vibration issues. This engineer will be involved in exciting projects related to electrification and the development of a new cab program that we are facing in the coming years.

We offer you a deep product knowledge that leads to valuable tests for our internal customers. You will build a wide network of contacts within R&D, including design, calculation and other testing groups. You will accumulate knowledge about how TRATONS components and subsystems perform in customer operations, which will be invaluable for your development

Job Responsibilities

With us you will:

• Plan test assignments together with our internal customers and carry out the tests together with our mechanics. The test will be performed in the rigs.

• Analyse test results and contribute to improved design solutions, which leads to higher value for our customers.

• Drive the development of the group's methods and working processes to continuously improve ourselves

We are looking for someone who has:

· A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field, or you have equivalent experience.

· Experience in testing hardware components

· Previous experience in testing, design, or calculation is desirable.

· Knowledge of durability is a strong asset.

As a person, you are analytical, outgoing and quickly create contact networks. You are good at communicating in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

This Is Us

The TDRCTDS Group, Shake Testing SWE, responsible for durability testing of chassis components and cabs, currently consists of 16 individuals, including both mechanics and engineers. They collaborate to achieve the group's goals and support each other.
