About the Role

As a  Platform Engineer at AMT, you will be at the forefront of redefining how we design, develop, and deploy tools for our internal teams and end users. Your creativity in creating services based on Service and Parts information and your leadership in cross-functional initiatives will be crucial as you translate complex needs into actionable deliverables, contributing to the broader transformation of the transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Envision and Drive the development of innovative tools and processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams 
• Explore how AI can be applied to our current processes, increasing quality and efficiency
• Investigate user needs, define project requirements, and establish clear roadmaps for successful execution.
• Translate roadmaps into actionable deliverables, overseeing their implementation from start to finish.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking engineer who dreams big and takes action. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science and AI, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, Systems Information or education and experience that we consider equivalent. 
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong systems understanding and experience with microservices and micro front end.
• Hands-on knowledge of artificial intelligence.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, SQL, or R.

It´s a merit if you have: 

• Experience in data analysis and data platforms. (for instance: experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and knowledge of data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Redshift)

Strong understanding of the aftermarket business.
