Job Overview

Assignment Description

We are looking for an AI and Automation Engineer to turn business needs and ideas into practical digital solutions. You will develop and test AI agents, automation workflows, and data integrations, helping the organisation select the right technology for each problem.

You will work closely with business users and technical teams to develop prototypes into stable, scalable, documented, and maintainable solutions.

What You Will Work On

• Develop, configure, and test AI agents, automation workflows, and digital process tools.
• Build structured and scalable data and automation pipelines.
• Turn prototypes into stable solutions ready for production and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyse and improve data flows and integrate relevant systems and information sources.
• Evaluate technologies such as AI agents, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and APIs.
• Develop and improve solutions iteratively with users and business experts.
• Support production deployment through testing, documentation, version control, access management, and monitoring.
• Create maintenance plans covering operations, support, updates, further development, and retirement.
• Share knowledge and establish reusable ways of working that reduce dependency on individuals.

What You Bring

• Relevant knowledge of digitalisation, programming, automation, data management, or AI, gained through education, professional experience, or personal projects.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to learn new tools, platforms, and business processes quickly.
• An independent and proactive approach, taking solutions from initial ideas and testing through to documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment, evaluate, and improve.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to contribute as a technical discussion partner.
• Fluent Swedish and clear communication skills in English.

Meritorious

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, databases, data modelling, or system integration.
• Experience with Dremio, Databricks, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of generative AI, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, and AI agent testing or monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, information security, or digital product maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems, the energy industry, or other technical business environments.
