Are you a senior Frontend developer with a passion for 3D visualization and rendering? Do you want to create intuitive tools that help professionals design surveillance systems with confidence? Who is your future team?

Our team develops AXIS Site Designer - a powerful web application that enables Axis customers to efficiently design complete Axis surveillance solutions. The tool helps users find the right products, plan camera placement and coverage on floorplans and maps, estimate bandwidth and storage, and generate project documentation. You will be an essential part of an efficient, agile development team with expertise in modern frontend development. We work closely together, which means we constantly exchange knowledge and contribute to each other's development. We make sure to stay at the forefront regarding technology choices and development methodologies. We are a self-directed team, passionate about learning more about how our products and solutions are used. We influence the final product and our work processes. We primarily use React and TypeScript in our development and are now expanding our 3D visualization capabilities to take system design to the next level.

What you'll do here as a Senior Frontend Developer

We're looking for a Senior Frontend developer with strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering. You will, together with your team members, develop and enhance the 3D planning capabilities of AXIS Site Designer - helping users visualize camera placement, coverage areas, and scene layouts in immersive 3D environments. You'll work on translating complex surveillance system requirements into intuitive visual experiences. You'll help refine architecture, improve developer experience (CI/CD, tooling, fast feedback loops) and ensure a robust, high-performance codebase that delivers smooth 3D rendering experiences in the browser.

Who are you?

You're a team player with a solution-oriented mindset who thrives on technical challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences. With a passion for technology and knowledge-sharing, you prioritize building high-quality, sustainable products. A relevant technical degree (Master's degree preferred) or proven professional experience in modern frontend development with 3D visualization are essential. You are comfortable learning from others, challenging assumptions with data, and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.

• Modern CSS & Styling (CSS-in-JS, responsive design)
• Build Tools & Bundlers (Vite, Webpack, ESBuild)
• Version control (Git, GitHub, GitHub Flow)
• Testing & Quality (Jest, Playwright, Visual regression testing)
• CI/CD & Automation (GitHub Actions, Build Pipelines)
