Welcome to Axis Communication's New Business team in Lund, where we're shaping the future of IP Audio and IP Intercom technology. We contribute to the design of network connected speakers, paging stations and wall-mounted intercoms.

Who is your future team?

As an Audio Engineer, you'll join our New Business Core Tech Audio team, a cross-functional group of specialists eager to push the acoustic boundaries of IP Audio and IP Intercom development. We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for audio technology and who wants to contribute to the design of our future acoustic solutions.

What you'll do here as Audio Engineer?

In one or several hardware product development projects, you will be responsible for the product's audio system, guiding and leading the product's development from idea to concept and finally into mass production.

In parallel, you will conduct studies on new technologies and innovative audio solutions contributing to Axis staying at the forefront of IP Audio and IP Intercom. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our audio development methodologies.

Together with other audio engineers, further develop your skills and our shared expertise within the broad scope of audio technology. Some of the disciplines covered are Transducer design, Acoustic principles, Electronics, Signal processing techniques, Measurement technologies and Data analysis.

We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for audio and technology.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Experience in acoustic design, signal processing, measurements and hardware product development.

A master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Engineering.
