As a Package development engineer you will be part of a cross-functional scrum team and have the responsibilty to:

• Design packages and package features in accordance to requirements and limitations of the system
• Support the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to package
• Define V&V strategy related to package area and execute it.
• Write test specifications, perform tests, analyze package performance & functionality results and document results using reports
• Drive root cause investigations on package performance and functionality
• Drive risk assessment for package

Skills Requirements:

• CAD skills (PTC Creo)

• Render skills
• Consumer product design skills
• Analytical skills
• Clear in communication, fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Can manage complexity and ambiguity
• Team player that, at the same time, is expected to take on own initiatives and activities
• Development process knowledge incl e.g. risk assessment and requirements management

Prefered skills:

• Experience of physical testing is a plus
• Knowledge about scrum and agile way of working is a plus
