Service Desk Lead

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Service Desk Lead to drive the development, governance, and continuous improvement of our IT Service Management platform and processes.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business, IT partners, and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong governance, and an excellent user experience across the organization. Global standardization and adoption

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Kitron's ITSM framework, processes, and platform

• Drive continuous improvement of Service Desk services and end-user experience

• Collaborate closely with business functions such as HR, Finance, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing

• Establish and follow up on SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and service performance

• Support automation initiatives, workflow improvements, and AI-driven solutions

• Ensure ITSM compliance with security and governance requirements

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service improvements across internal and external teams

• Platform ownership, integrations and upgrades

• Global standardization and adoption

• Security and compliance standards

• Data-driven problem reduction

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience leading a Service Desk or IT Service Management function

• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices (certification is a plus)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with service providers and cross-functional teams

• Professional proficiency in English
