What you will do As Quality Solution Leader (QSL) Electrical & Electronics (EE), you will play a strategic and important role representing the Volvo Buses customer perspective within the Product Development organization regarding EE-related quality topics. You will: 

• Drive quality cases end-to-end in close collaboration with both EE Quality Journal (QJ) team and other key stakeholders across the organization  
• Communicate effectively with markets to collect field inputs, align priorities, and provide progress updates 
• Collaborate across functions, build strong networks and establish trusted ways of working with stakeholders 
• Identify next best actions by leveraging team competence, Volvo data, AI and data analytics tools and field feedback  
• Support management and the team in continuous improvements to products, services and processes 

 

Your future team You will join the Quality department within the Customer Quality Experience (CQE) organization. We have both in-house agile QJ teams working with issues related to Volvo Buses parts, and QSLs driving quality topics towards other entities within Volvo TTI.  

 

Our scope spans APEC, MEAC, Europe, and the Americas, and everything in between. You will join a knowledgeable group with strong experience and a collaborative culture where you can help shape and grow the role.

• A university degree in Engineering (or equivalent), with a technical background in Electrical and/or Electronics 
• Ability to work cross-functionally, build networks, and develop strong working relationships 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (from high-level summaries to detailed deep dives) 
• A structured way of working, with the ability to follow processes and improve them when needed 
• Interest in technical problem solving and data analysis 
• Project management and/or aftermarket experience (preferred) 
• Basic knowledge of Volvo systems (for example, KOLA and VDA)
