Your Role

Our sensor systems are at the forefront of innovation, and we are looking to expand our team with a Product Manager for our compute software stack. This role is crucial for driving the technical direction and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of innovation, market, and customer needs.

As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps that align with our strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, systems architects, and product management, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.'
• Drive platform strategy to product roadmaps. Long term technical leadership in order to align market needs to roadmap development
• Acting as a mentor and support for software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Representing the software stack's technical solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in software development and product management. You should have a passion for solving complex problems and a deep understanding of both technology and business needs.

Key qualifications include:

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on software development.
• Proven experience in product management, software development, or a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with software development methodologies, requirements management, and technical documentation.
• A genuine interest in technology and a customer-centric approach.
• Passion for innovation, both regarding technology and business models
• Experience from the defense or aerospace industry.
• Experience from any of the following technical fields:
• High-performance computing (HPC),
• Cloud and virtualization technologies,
• Cybersecurity and information assurance.
