The headquarters is situated in Wuxi, China and in June 2022, we launched our Swedish office with the goal of establishing local manufacturing. Our R&D site is structured with interconnected departments, ensuring quick and easy communication for maximum efficiency. The InfiMotion team has been responsible for over millions sold units to date, including the European market.

What You’ll Do:

As electric mobility transforms the automotive landscape, the Sustainability Coordinator  not only powers performance of our products—but also propels planet‑friendly innovation. By integrating eco‑design principles, ensuring that every facet aligns with environmental standards the role of a Sustainability Coordinator becomes pivotal. You will collaborate across departments to embed sustainability into all areas of our business operations and electrifying sustainability in every drive unit. Tasks will include: 

• Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency and waste minimization.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress toward goals.
• Partner with procurement, operations, HR and other departments to integrate sustainable practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder engagement related to sustainability, including customers, investors and regulatory bodies.

We are looking for

Someone that is driven by a deep passion for sustainability and a drive to influens cross-functional. We believe that you have a bachelors degree in Environmental science, Sustainability, Business or a related field. 

To be successful in the role you have at least 5 years in corporate sustainability, CSR, environmental management—or equivalent passion and results. You are a strong communicator, capable of advocating for change cross-functional in the organisation

We believe that you are data-savvy, detailed minded and able to turn insights to action. In parallel you are a doer at heart—you're excited to roll up your sleeves and make an immediate environmental impact.

Our Office; The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.

For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.

If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
