Do you want to help shape the future of sustainable mobility? Together Tech is now looking for a Lead Engineer in Power Electronics and Hardware Development, with a focus on electromobility and system-level design for the automotive industry.

We work on projects related to both passenger cars and heavy vehicles, together with everything from established OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to innovative startups. To strengthen our offer within electromobility, we are looking for someone with experience in leading design work, driving cross-functional initiatives, and taking responsibility for deliveries from start to finish. As Lead Engineer, you will take on a central role in electromobility projects involving passenger cars and heavy vehicles. You’ll be a key player in concept development, system design, and cross-functional coordination, taking full ownership of technical deliveries from idea to implementation.

Your technical bakgrund

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• Has at least 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, including some years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in hardware design and power electronics, ideally within electric drivetrains, HV components, or similar systems for passenger cars or heavy vehicles
• Communicates well across disciplines and builds trust with both colleagues and clients
• You hold a valid B driver’s license valid in Sweden
• Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish is considered merit.
