Are you ready to work with mechanical integrity in cutting-edge turbomachinery? Join our Compressor Aero & Mechanical Integrity team and take part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency mainly on our compressor system for gas turbines. You will collaborate with a passionate group of engineers, using your expertise to drive compressor development and solve complex challenges. This is your chance to grow alongside dedicated colleagues, contribute to innovative projects, and make a real impact on the future of energy technology.

How You will Make an Impact

• Conduct mechanical- and thermal stress analysis and low-cycle fatigue (LCF) assessments to advance compressor technology.
• Use advanced tools like ABAQUS, Hyperworks, Franc3D, NASGRO, and in-house tools to analyze and uphold safety and reliability standards.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to tackle mechanical integrity challenges and boost system reliability.

What You Bring

• You have experience in mechanical and thermal stress, fatigue, and crack propagation analysis.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in turbomachinery is a plus, but your eagerness to learn is just as valuable.
• You are proficient in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• You are willing to work on-site in Finspång 3 days a week, as required.
• You hold EU citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Sweden.

You will join a diverse R&D group of, more than, 20 skilled engineers specializing in aeromechanics, aerodynamics, mechanical integrity, structural dynamics, and rotor dynamics. Our team is dedicated to advancing compressor technology in a supportive, collaborative environment. Based in Finspång, we are recognized for our expertise and commitment to continuous growth, always challenging ourselves and each other to stay at the forefront of innovation. As part of the Gas Services division, we focus on low-emission power generation, decarbonization, and modernization of turbines and generators, driving the energy transition forward.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
