About the job

In this position, you’re the primary contact for all matters related to maintenance systems, including functions, reporting and condition-based maintenance – performing measurements and supporting maintenance technicians. You ensure high availability of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in collaboration with software suppliers and manage development and improvement initiatives. This is a service-oriented role requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure users have the necessary skills and training and communicate planned updates.
• Train staff on various CMMS and EAM functions, as well as CBM measurements technics.
• Set up measurement procedures and prepare measurement assignments for old and new equipment.
• Ensure CMMS and EAM are used with linked processes and update processes as needed.
• Collaborate with IT architecture teams for compliance and future planning.
• Conduct condition-based maintenance measurements such as laser alignment, ballbar testing, geometry checks and vibration.
• Perform fingerprint measurements.
• Perform FAT/SAT acceptance measurements.
• Analyze measurement results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan the execution of countermeasures.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a background in condition-based maintenance and experience working with maintenance systems, specifically CMMS and EAM. You understand processes related to maintenance and their integration with these systems. You’re familiar with ISO standards, technical drawings and geometry. Analytical skills, knowledge of IT and an education in IT or a related field is preferred, and experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You’re social and easily build and maintain networks across various functions within our organization. With a pedagogical approach, you’re able to conduct training sessions effectively. You’re structured, take initiatives and strive for development and continuous improvement.
