Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB is looking for a new colleague to become part of our Technical Process team in the role as Process Engineer. Our plant is located in Eslöv and you will be reporting to the Technical Process Manager. As a Process Engineer your main mission is to secure the effectiveness on the lines of the plant, both when it comes to efficiency, cost and capacity for us to be able to deliver on our customers’ demands. If you are highly interested in optimizing technical solutions combined with an engaged, flexible and results oriented personality – this can be the role for you!

Saint-Gobain Sekurit is a part of the Saint-Gobain Group. Saint-Gobain is one of the 100 largest industrial groups in the world. Our core product at Sekurit Eslöv is laminated sidelites for vehicles and our vision is to “Make every drive a great experience”. We are about 250 employees working at our plant in Eslöv.

Work tasks

As a Process Engineer, you will lead projects and work with process optimization according to a defined schedule and targets that leads to:

· Industrialization of new processes and products

· Improvement of OEE and Yield

· Higher efficiency/capacity/quality and savings

· Standardization of process settings.

Qualifications

· Technical education from university or similar

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an industrial company

· Minimum 3 years’ experience from leading projects and change management

· Good knowledge about WCM/lean in producing companies

· Fluent in English

· Swedish is beneficial

You are an ambitious person that works in a structured and thorough manner. You can work independently as well as in a team. You are result-oriented, and you like to challenge the status quo to find better ways of working.
