What you will do

We, at the department for Analytics at Volvo Construction Equipment, are now looking for our new colleague in the position as Digital Product Manager (DPM). As a DPM, you will be leading Analytics work in one of five so-called domains, in this case Sales & Finance. Together with the community, you will formulate and bring to life a roadmap closely connected to the business strategy making the most out of the new opportunities of the AI age.  

In this role, you will have the possibility to build, inspire, and support the analytics community in your domain together with collaboration partners. Your work will cover a wide spectrum, from developing technical data, analytics and AI capabilities to new ways of working with a lot of teaching and coaching. It is a cultural transformation journey we are on!  

You will be the owner of a portfolio of “Data and Analytics Products”, enabling value to the company in many ways. Innovation is a key; to explore different combinations of data and technologies in a business and customer context.

You probably feel energized when driving the transformation through networks and communities and have an ability to connect people. 

• Experience as a Product Manager within Analytics. 
• Relevant university degree from a recognized institute or an equivalent experience.  
• English is the main language, and we value verbal and written communication skills.  
• Business experience in a Sales domain is a merit.  
• You like to take charge and have a passion for reaching the goal.
• You enjoy working with people in a technical environment and being the glue between business and analytics.
