We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of complex industrial products. You will play a key role in designing mechanical components, creating 3D CAD models, and supporting manufacturing and verification processes. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who thrive in a technology-driven, structured environment and enjoy collaborating across international teams!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings;
• design mechanical components and subsystems for complex industrial products;
• work within PLM/PDM systems to manage product structures and change processes;
• collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable;
• support verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities;
• participate in technical reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

• bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design within industrial or technology-driven environments.
• strong knowledge of at least one advanced CAD system: CATIA, Creo (PTC), SolidWorks, or NX CAD.
• experience with PLM systems, such as Teamcenter (Siemens), Windchill (PTC), or ENOVIA (Dassault).
• ability to work in structured development processes with high-quality standards.
• fluent in English.
• strong communication and collaboration skills.

IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLUS IF YOU:

• are fluent in Swedish;
• have experience in automotive, defence or energy/power systems industries;
• have familiarity with complex assemblies, safety-critical products, or regulated environments;
• have knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, welding, or composites;
• have experience working in cross-functional and international project teams.
