OHB Sweden is a leading Swedish supplier of space systems. We develop, build, test and commission satellites and subsystems for space missions in, for example, communication, earth observation and space research for institutional and commercial customers within and outside Europe.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives on turning ideas into impact. In this central role, you’ll lead high-stakes initiatives that accelerate our growth, manage projects that span multiple departments, and influence the way we work—today and tomorrow.

Your Tasks

• Together with company management identify and execute projects that drive organizational growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure through structured project management

• Drive collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.

• Set-up small-batch production workflows, trainings and monitor their success.

• Lead adoption of new processes and tools across departments.

• Communicate effectively with executives and project sponsors to secure alignment and resources.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 5-10 year of professional experience

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• High integrity and ability to drive projects without authority.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong facilitation skills and a systematic, analytical approach to evaluating and improving processes.

• A track record of strong project management capabilities.

• Track record in hardware companies and industrialization is considered an advantage

This role requires someone who can switch seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and detailed execution, acting as a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement.
