About the Assignment

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our client’s R&D team in Västerås. You will work on a handheld robotics device and contribute to developing the next-generation programming interface for end users. The solution is cross-platform and developed using the latest .NET technologies.

The team operates in a Lean-Agile environment with a global mindset, focusing on collaboration and continuous improvement to reach project goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for a handheld robotics device.
• Build and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET and C#.
• Optimize software performance, including memory usage.
• Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with global teams.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, WPF, and XAML.
• Experience in asynchronous programming.
• Skilled in memory and performance profiling.
• Experience with software development for resource-constrained platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Windows system programming and configuration.
• Additional beneficial experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and robotics.
