About the Role

Are you ready to work at the forefront of advanced sensing and compute technologies? Do you thrive in complex environments where technical depth meets strong leadership? We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, suppliers, and system performance.

In this role you will pay a key role in

In this position, you will act as the central link between our internal engineering teams and our sensor and compute suppliers. The role combines technical expertise with structured project leadership, requiring someone who can manage multiple parallel tracks while keeping stakeholders aligned. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and driven to move projects forward in high-complexity environments.

We beleive that you have expereince with

• Managing the lifecycle of LiDAR, Radar, Camera, and Compute units

• Leading RFI/RFQ processes and defining technical requirements toward suppliers

• Coordinating hardware integration activities across software, mechanical, and purchasing teams

• Ensuring that sensor and compute platforms meet system-level performance, power, and safety requirements

• Contributing with knowledge within ADAS/ADS, E/E architecture (CAN, Ethernet), and safety-related processes such as SOTIF and HARA
