Are you passionate about using data to shape our strategy?

At Atos Medical, we are looking for a curious and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team. In this new global role, you will help uncover insights that drive growth and improve life for people living with a neck stoma. This could be a great next step if you have around 1–3 years of experience and are eager to develop your skills in a global, purpose-driven environment.

About the job

You will be part of a small and skilled team of strategists and analysts based at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Commercial Excellence.

You will leverage data from Salesforce and our data warehouse, turning numbers into stories that help our teams better understand our customers and channels. Your analysis will support everything from sales strategies to consumer events.

A few things you might work on

• Analyze sales and market data to evaluate commercial performance across global markets.
• Help prepare monthly commercial performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Support country managers with ad-hoc analysis to inform commercial decisions.
• Contribute to Annual Business Planning (ABP) and commercial forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis of customer behavior and market data.
• Support strategic commercial initiatives and special projects across regions.
• Communicate analytical insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

The role is based onsite in our HQ in Malmö, Hyllie and reports into Head of Strategy & Commercial Excellence, Adriano Petrino. With our hybrid model, we aim to meet in the office at least three days per week.

About You

You enjoy digging into data and finding patterns that help others make smarter decisions. You are curious by nature, good at connecting the dots, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.

You are comfortable working with different teams and can explain complex stuff in a way that makes sense. Things can move fast here, so being flexible and keeping a cool head under pressure will help a lot.

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill, but here are a few things that will help you succeed in this role

Skills and experience that would come in handy:

• A relevant higher education, for example in business administration or data science.
• A few years of practical experience in similar roles, such as business analyst or data analyst
• Capability of translating the outcome of your complex analysis in simple and effective PowerPoint presentation for senior leadership
• Commercial acumen to link data and business actions
• Strategic mindset and capability to substantiate decisions with data
• Extensive expertise in Excel
• Proficient in SQL or at least a commonly used programming language
• Experience crafiting dashboards in PowerBI & Selesforce reports
• Experience working with advanced data analytics and/or data science and the tools associated, like Python/R, Pandas, NumPy etc.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
