Job Summary

Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do

• Lead first-line support operations in production
• Drive improvement initiatives across processes.
• Manage Early Equipment projects using the WCM methodology.
• Analyze data and deploy insights into large-scale activities.
• Improve, consolidate, and enhance efficiency in the processing business flow.
• Interact and manage various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Support on technical problem resolution in the mechanical and automation area.
• Provide support for industrialization activities to ensure a defect-free launch of new products and equipment

We believe you have

• A Bachelor / master’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or others
• Interest and a drive to work in the manufacturing industry.
• Skilled in different manufacturing methods, such as:
• Injection moulding
• Cold forming
• Welding
• Milling
• WCM methodology knowledge is an advantage, along with fluency in English and Swedish in both written and spoken form.
• To be successful in this role you are customer centric and understand the overall picture of our business.
• You are goal-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a clear drive to achieve agreed objectives. At the same time, you are highly collaborative, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
