As a Project Manager at Axis within our Product Platforms department, you will play a crucial role in leading our software platform development projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects that are closely tied to our hardware. This role is based in Lund, Sweden.

What you'll do here as Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our hardware-near software development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects.
• Collaborating with technical teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Reporting project status to management and stakeholders.
• Being active in improving our ways of working.

This role is vital for ensuring the successful delivery of our software projects, which are integral to our products and solutions. Your leadership will drive innovation and help us maintain our position as a world leader in network video.

Who are you?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and people. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in project management within software development, preferably with a focus on hardware-near projects.

• Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within software development.
• Familiarity with hardware-near software development.
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role may require occasional travel to meet with stakeholders or attend industry events.
