Why we need you!

Axis takes pride in our product quality which is appreciated by customers as a key factor for choosing Axis. Maintaining and improving the hundreds of products Axis develops and sells worldwide requires an active and dedicated maintenance organization. To meet this challenge and to increase our effectiveness we are looking to strengthen our team with a new competence - Industrial Lead.

Your future team

PMT/HVM has the HW responsibility for most of Axis' products on the market. Even with Axis' high-quality ambitions, problems sometimes occur during product development, in production, or at customer sites. Our mission is to address these issues efficiently and professionally, always keeping the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders in focus.

You will work alongside experienced project managers and engineers who are passionate about delivering quality to our customers and making a real difference for Axis.

What will you do?

This is a new role in our team and it will be developed together with the project managers. The traditional Industrial Lead role within Axis is to support a smooth product launch and fast volume ramp-up and drive the production and supply chain related activities within product development projects.

In our team the IL role will be split between three areas:

• Have the IL role in our critical projects
• Drive activities and smaller projects independently
• Drive improvements in our way of working, processes and cooperations with stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced and engaging person with a strong ability to deliver in complex environments where every assignment brings new challenges. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, enjoy teamwork and have a positive, straightforward, and open-minded attitude. Previous experience from Axis business is an advantage.

You are comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, as our project teams are often international and we collaborate with global suppliers and partners.
