We are now looking for a Technology Manager / Specialist to strengthen our team of eight experienced professionals. You’ll be part of a global organization with extensive knowledge and resources, ensuring you have the support you need to thrive.

Job Description

About the Role

As a Technology Manager, you will act as a project leader and technology expert during planning and execution phases of client investment projects. You’ll also contribute to sales, solution development, and innovation within our service offering.

Your work will span:

• Driving strategic development projects focused on green steel production, fossil-free iron ore processing, and electrification of mining operations
• Leading initiatives in hydrogen-based reduction processes (DRI) and advanced metal recycling for circular flows
• Managing complex process and project teams
• Supporting business development, sales, and marketing
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

Location: Flexible within Sweden (Luleå or Stockholm preferred, but other locations possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid – combine remote work with office presence

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in mining, metals, or process industry projects as Technology Manager, Senior Process Expert, or similar
• Expertise in metallurgical processes, electrification, and hydrogen solutions
• Solid understanding of global trends in fossil-free metal production
• Academic background in metallurgy, chemical engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and German are a plus)
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
