Your role

We are seeking a Senior Operational Developer to take the helm of our Fighter Support department's operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, coordinate high-impact tasks, and shape the future of maintenance and support solutions for Gripen.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that optimise internal processes and customer-specific support operations, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Innovation and Improvement: Analyse and improve workflows and implement innovative solutions that drive operational success and maintain our competitive edge.
• Product Portfolio Development: Join the development of the Fighter Support Solution product portfolio within Aviation Services, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within BU Aviation Services and our sister BU Gripen, as well as international contacts, to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
• High-Profile Projects: Lead and coordinate tasks in existing Gripen contracts and new market campaigns, focusing on cutting-edge maintenance and support solutions.

You will work in a professional and collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams and experienced colleagues who are committed to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Your role

We believe you thrive in collaborative environments and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and lead others through change initiatives. With a strategic and attentive approach, you are able to identify business challenges and develop effective, sustainable solutions.

You have experience working in complex organizations with multiple internal interfaces and are comfortable operating close to the business. Your background in business development and product management, combined with a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience, equips you well for this role.

In addition, you bring:

• Several years of relevant experience in business, product, or quality management
• Good understanding in ISO / EMAR or equivalent standards
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
