As Senior Process Engineer, you will:

• Develop and implement next-generation process equipment, focusing on automation and “zero touch production”
• Own and manage key process areas – including process development, deviations, CAPAs, and lifecycle management
• Optimize existing processes to increase quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Lead or participate in risk analyses (pFMEA), process validations, and equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ/PV)
• Analyze process data to identify improvements and ensure robust production flows
• Work with global colleagues in China, the US, and Switzerland to align and strengthen our international process standards

You’re a structured and analytical problem-solver with a hands-on approach. You enjoy taking ownership, but also value collaboration and knowledge sharing. You’re comfortable leading discussions and making decisions, and you have the confidence to challenge and improve existing ways of working.

We believe you have:

• A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, Chemical or similar)
• A solid background with several years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing development
• Previous work in highly regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, food) – GMP experience is a strong plus
• Solid experience with process validation, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of machine purchases, automation systems, process integration, and digital tools (PLC, SCADA, MES)
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with SAP is a plus
