RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Automotive Project Manager at ALTEN, you will be responsible for managing projects related to interior and/or exterior components within the automotive industry.

Your main tasks will include:

Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.

Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Ensuring compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments, suppliers, and customers.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including ALTEN's current customers such as Volvo Group.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in project management within the automotive industry, preferably in 

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR/BIW OR OTHER RELATED DOMAINS.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Experience working with automotive OEMs and suppliers, particularly with Volvo Group / Volvo Cars, is highly meritorious.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
