At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Technical Lead within CFD to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

The role

This position is responsible for carrying out CFD modelling & simulations of automotive Battery pack. It includes input data collection to fulfil the different type of simulation activities. Technical documentation writing skill of CFD results.

Responsibilities

· Lead or assist to prepare detailed plan for simulation activities as per design phases.

· Provide guidance to design engineers to improve the performance of designs.

· Provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results. Ensure that product design and performance meet technical and functional requirements.

Requirements

· BE/ M.E./B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognized university.

· Good understanding in Fluid mechanics and Thermal engineering

· Good experiences in CFD simulation support for battery thermal

· Good experiences to perform transient and conjugate type simulation.

· Experience in simulation support for new product development and legacy projects

· 5 to 10 years of hands-on experiences

· Rich experience CFD simulation and understanding the theory.

· Good communication skill and technical understanding.

· Software knowledge and experiences: ANSA, Hypermesh, StarCCM + , Altair Acusolve.
