A Snapshot of Your Day

Guide, engage, and support your team members within a multifaceted and inclusive team. This group focuses on the technical progression of Balance of Plant while also refining the methodologies employed in this sector. Foster a close collaborative partnership with various organizational divisions involved in complex projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead innovation by crafting and managing the technical roadmap for Balance of Plant, including the development of conceptual designs to fulfil customer needs
• Drive excellence in execution by integration of developed conceptual designs within the engineering organization, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Product Owner and fostering knowledge dissemination throughout D GCO.
• Lead transformative change by orchestrating the implementation of enhanced and novel approaches to the Way of Working, in close partnership with the Process Owner, to streamline operations and elevate productivity.
• Act as a pivotal force by providing coordination and Engineering support during the critical stages of bid proposals and order execution projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Play a vital role in shaping the future by contributing to IT and digitalization initiatives pertinent to Extended Scope

• Technical knowledge from power plant/ process industry or similar is an advantage
