To our customer in Lund we are now looking for a Technical Content Administrator.

Special expertise needed

• Proven experience in coordination of administrative assignments.• Excellent oral and written English.• Sufficient knowledge in Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro and understanding for database work is crucial.• Self-manage and self-prioritization skills are necessary• Strong problem solving, analytical methods and structuring data skills are preferred.• Strong network and collaboration capabilities is promoted.• Ability to work effectively in and with team(s).• Document and present your work as appropriate

Scope of the assignment

The work shall include but not limited to:• To assist the work package manager and the work package team to structure technical documents received and produced, ready to review or submit for permits.• Assist with driving and setting up technical committees including administrating practical items, taking notes and acting as liaison for participants.• Other administrative support tasks

Required education background and professional experience

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor in technical field (ex. engineering, physics, safety, chemistry) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Experience in document management.• Experience writing, proof-reading and editing of technical documentation; experience with documentation in English.• Ability to communicate well with individuals in technical fields including engineering, science, safety, instrumentation and control, information technology.• Excellent written and oral skills in English.

Personal profile:• Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills.• Ability to work effectively in and with team(s).• Uses initiative to identify and resolve problems/issues and has good judgement.• Communication - ability to establish and maintain good communication with stakeholders, comfortable communicating with individuals of varying technical backgrounds, ability to compile information in an organized manner and communicate through written media.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a group.

• Adaptability - flexible approach and ability to cope with changing demands and priorities, willing to learn new skills.• Organizational skills - demonstrated ability to plan and organize your work to meet schedule and performance requirements.• Patience - comfortable with repetitive tasks that require attention to detail.
