Unleash your potential at Swedish Match

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by collaborating closely with the strategic team and VP of Operations to craft strategies that pinpoint and enhance our technical and organizational capabilities.

You will drive the implementation of manufacturing models, ensuring seamless alignment with our Operations strategy and executing them effectively with strong team involvement. You will also ensure governance of or operational excellence model, safeguarding the sustainability of our systems and processes.

Embark on a journey of transformation as you work with the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities in Operations. As a part of the development of standardized tools and processes, you'll engage and approach activities with high commitment. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring efficiency and consistency, laying the foundation execution and transformative outcomes.

Through your expertice you will provide effecient management for operational business initiatives by establishing standard methods and procedures for the delivery, evaluation, measurement and reporting of operational excellence programs. You will be instrumental in propelling our operations towards its goals.
