Our team currently consists of 21 engineers with different professional backgrounds, interests and history but with one common mindset: To develop our products and ourselves! We gather every day to secure the quality and competitiveness of our products in a fast-evolving business.

What can we offer?

You will be a member of the Vehicle Connectivity group within the Electrical & Software Architecture Department. You will play an important role in the development of new functionality for our area for both future and present transport solutions. Securing quality and readiness of our Connectivity functions across our Vehicle platforms together with our friends at Global Trucks Technology and Volvo Group Connected Servies. 

You will plan, design and execute system and sub system verification both in rigs and in buses to secure the quality for functions and seamless communication between vehicle and cloud. You will also be a part of continuous improvements of the verification processes and tools to improve our efficiency and quality, such as test automation and CI/CD.

You will be a member of a high performing cross functional team that covers System requirements, Function development, and Verification.

Becoming part of our team is easy. You just need to be a skilled team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills and to be genuinely interested in product development. 

BSc or MSc degree in electrical/software engineering or equivalent is highly valuable as well as previous experience av E2E verification of Connectivity. Previous working experience with diagnostics and fault tracing with rigs or complete vehicles. A solid A solid network within Volvo Group and knowledge of our system, agile set up, tools and processes is meritorious.

Since you have good engineering judgment and priorities, you have the ability and interest to technically support and challenge colleagues in their work and their mindset. You like to share your passion for verification and you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a person you are positive, you display driving force, have a structured way of working and are eager to learn new skills and driven by self-development.
