We are expanding our Integration Lead group and are now looking for an experienced Specialist Integration Lead to join our Integration & Verification team within Volvo Buses. 

What you will do as an Integration Lead: 

• Align development, testing and project content between different work streams and projects 
• Oversee software deliveries, ensuring updated requirements, implemented fixes and completed verification activities 
• Coordinate activities and work with development and verification flows and provide input to development prioritization 
• Influence and develop cross-team ways of working, and lead continuous improvement in the integration and verification area  
• Develop new software release process within the company 

With whom: 

• You will collaborate with many roles across a large, complex organization 
• Your main interfaces will be team leaders, system owners and project managers 
• You will work in a smaller group together with two other Integration Leads 

Who we are looking for: 

• You have a strong background and experience in software integration and release area 
• You are an effective communicator and can explain your viewpoints to people with different technical and non-technical backgrounds 
• You enjoy working in a team, but you are also comfortable working independently when needed 
• You have a structured mindset, and you like to clarify and explain complex topics to others

The full Integration & Verification team consists of: 

• Integration Leads and Baseline Managers ensuring delivery of software 
• Complete vehicle verification engineers and fault tracers working in the workshop and on buses 
• HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) engineers building and maintaining the HIL rigs 

We are based in Arendal, Gothenburg, and collaborate closely with Volvo Buses in Curitiba and with suppliers around the world.
