Job Summary

The Center of Expertise Centrifugal Separation team at Tetra Pak is now recruiting an Automation & Digital Product Owner.

In this role you will be responsible for the automation solutions and lead the development of our automation platform and digital solutions. In the role you will play a vital role in the future of automation within Tetra Pak. Informal leadership is part of the role.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global environment.

What you will do

As an Automation & Digital Product Owner in the centrifugal separation team, you will be part of a team consisting of application & technical experts. You will work with product development, improving and maintaining our technical solutions. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic organization where you will have close contact between development, production, suppliers, marketing, technical support and customers. You will work independently as well as a part of project teams. This role will also include informal leadership responsibilities with coordinating duties within the project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Secure solution and product platform need for the product area.
• Main stakeholder in Tetra Pak Automation & Digitalization Strategy
• Owner of automation hardware and functional descriptions for centrifugal separation
• Operating responsible for automation & digitalization
• Driver of automation development and implementation activities
• Ensure product area reaches its goals in digitalization
• Supplier connection & collaboration
• Advanced troubleshooting and support

Key requirements:

• Engineering degree Master or equivalent combined with minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
• Experience of Siemens or Rockwell PLC programming is required
• Experience of Tetra Pak PlantMaster is seen as a merit
• A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
• An interest in training others and sharing knowledge
• Experience of formal or informal leadership is seen as a merit
• Experience in working in an agile and dynamic environment (e.g. Scrum,).
