Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a PLC Commissioning Engineer (Siemens / Allen-Bradley) to be based at our customer site in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic (Siemens TIA Portal / Allen-Bradley RSLogix) to align with production and commissioning specifications. But extensive exp in Siemens.

- Support commissioning, I/O checks, and integration with robots, vision, and AGV systems.

- Ensure functional safety compliance and adherence to control standards.

- Conduct program backups, version control, and documentation updates.

- Collaborate with vendor and commissioning teams during pre-run, tryout, and physical build (Week 49 onward).

- Analyze defect, process improvement and Cycle time enhancement to improve productivity.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Siemens S7/TIA and Allen-Bradley PLCs.

- Proven commissioning experience in large automation lines.

- Expertise in safety PLCs, HMI setup, and industrial networking (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP).

- Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, etc
