Join our dynamic team of Project Managers as you own the execution of major mechanical repairs within the SGT-500 to SGT-800 gas turbine global fleet. You’ll innovate to minimize downtime and control repair costs, ensuring customer satisfaction with Siemens Energy’s dedication to excellence. Embrace learning challenges, enjoy diverse short-term assignments, and work on a global scale with varied customers and cultures. If this excites you, this is the role for you!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with engineering staff to brainstorm expeditious repair alternatives.
• Develop quotations and sell repair solutions to customers, improving revenue.
• Lead your cross-functional project team through repair plans, identifying potential delays.
• Inventively overcome execution issues, ensuring timely project completion.
• Communicate clearly with project teams, management, and customers.
• Keep Salesforce and other reporting tools updated with relevant project information.

What You Bring

• General knowledge of industrial gas turbines and power generation equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP processes for quoting, invoicing, and reporting (a plus).
• Experience or studies in international business.
• Commercial competence with a focus on customer perspective.
• Strong collaborative spirit and constructive interpersonal skills.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience (a plus).
• Curiosity about pursuing a career in project management.
